Privacy policy

Effective: June 17, 2026

Curator Danbi's workspace complies with applicable privacy laws. We do not offer sign-up or paid checkout by default and do not collect directly identifiable personal data (name, phone, address) through normal browsing.

We may process limited visit statistics, analytics/ad cookies, behavioral data for ads, and information you voluntarily submit via contact forms.

Privacy inquiries, rights requests, and behavioral-ad opt-out: email only ([email protected]).

1. Purpose of processing

  • Advertising and affiliate performance measurement where used

2. Data we process

We minimize collection. Operational data may include:

  • Visit statistics: path, page title, page type, date (KST), visitor_hash (hashed identifier; raw IP is not stored)
  • Session identifier in sessionStorage for analytics
  • Cookies and browser identifiers from Google Analytics or AdSense where enabled
  • Theme/language preferences in localStorage
  • Voluntary email to our support address (separate from the web form)
  • Web inquiry form: nickname, subject, message, related page path only (no name or email). Submissions are operator-only; visitors cannot view them again on the page.
  • Bug report / feedback forms: fields shown on each form (no visitor re-view after submit)
  • Operator notices on contact/bug pages: public posts not linked to individual submissions
  • Most browser tools process input locally without server storage. If a tool sends input to an external generative AI API, that tool page states so. We do not use your input for AI model training.

3. Retention

  • Visit logs and aggregates: up to 12 months
  • Inquiries and bug reports: up to 1 year after resolution
  • Google Analytics/AdSense cookies: per Google policy and browser settings

4. Destruction

  • Deleted after retention period or when purpose is achieved
  • Electronic files: deleted so they cannot be recovered
  • Printed materials: shredded or incinerated

5. Third-party provision

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may provide data only when:

  • You have given prior consent
  • Required by law or lawful investigation request

6. Processors and international transfer

We use Cloudflare (Pages, Workers, D1, R2, KV), Turso (LibSQL), Supabase (visit counters), and Google (Analytics, AdSense). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries.

Under Article 26 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, we specify safeguards in contracts (purpose limitation, security, re-delegation limits, supervision, liability) and supervise processors. Re-delegation requires prior consent; changes are published in this policy.

Transfer type: processing delegation and storage (cloud, analytics, ads). Legal basis: PIPA Article 28-8(1)(3) (overseas processing/storage for contract performance).

Refusal: You may refuse overseas transfer by email ([email protected]). Effect: hosting, storage, analytics, or ads that require overseas processing may be limited.

7. Your rights

  • Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent by email only ([email protected]). We do not accept phone or fax.
  • Agents may submit the prescribed delegation form.
  • We respond within applicable legal timeframes (generally within 10 days).
  • Requests may be limited under applicable law.
  • We verify identity or lawful representation.

8. Cookies and behavioral information

For personalized ads (e.g. Google AdSense), we may process behavioral data via cookies: visit/use history, ad views/clicks, browser/device identifiers. Legal basis: consent. Purpose: interest-based ads and measurement.

We may share behavioral data with Google LLC for Analytics/AdSense. Google may also collect behavioral data via scripts on our site. Opt out via browser settings, Google Ads Settings, or Analytics opt-out.

We do not collect children's behavioral data for personalized ads. Behavioral inquiries/opt-out: [email protected]

9. Security

  • Least-privilege access and protected admin areas
  • HTTPS and access controls
  • Hashed visitor identifiers instead of storing raw IP
  • Regular review and updates

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 or provide them personalized ads based on behavioral data.
