Image license

This page sets the custom license for Curator Danbi's Web App Idea Archive images published in the AI image gallery and coloring page gallery on min-inter.co.kr. Unless a different condition is stated for an individual image or entry, all published images follow the terms below. Downloading, copying, or using these images means you have read and agree to these terms.

This is not a standard Creative Commons license. It is a Curator Danbi custom license that allows free in-content use with attribution while restricting sale, redistribution, and merchandising of the image files themselves.

1. Permitted use

With proper attribution, you may:

1. Insert images into content such as videos, blogs, social media, newsletters, print materials, and classroom resources.
2. Use images in monetized content, including ad revenue, memberships, sponsorships, paid subscriptions, and paid content.
3. Download, copy, resize, crop, color-correct, edit, composite, and otherwise adapt images.

2. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited:

1. Selling the image file itself as a standalone product.
2. Redistributing or reselling images as stock photos, design assets, clipart, templates, prompt bundles, asset packs, download packs, NFTs, or similar.
3. Selling products where the image is the core value—for example posters, frames, prints, merchandise, calendars, stickers, postcards, T-shirts, mugs, or phone cases.
4. Collecting images into a separate gallery, archive, database, or dataset that lets third parties download them again, whether free or paid.
5. Representing or implying that Curator Danbi's Web App Idea Archive or the operator officially sponsors, endorses, recommends, or is affiliated with your use.
6. Using images for unlawful purposes or antisocial purposes, including defamation, hate, discrimination, or sexual exploitation.

3. Anti-circumvention

Attempts to evade or circumvent these restrictions constitute a violation, including:

1. Indirect or nominal sales: Embedding an image in nominally different content to sell the image itself. If the image is the substantial core value of the product, the restriction applies regardless of name or format.
2. Edits and transformations: Minor changes such as color inversion, horizontal flip, partial crop, filters, upscaling, resizing, or AI re-processing that produce an image substantially identical or similar to the original, then using it for conduct prohibited in Section 2. Trivial edits do not excuse prohibited use.
3. Attribution evasion: Omitting attribution or displaying it so small, faint, or obscured that it is practically unidentifiable.
4. Watermark and metadata removal: Removing, altering, or concealing watermarks, rights notices, license information, or IPTC/XMP metadata included with the image.
5. Relicensing and downstream distribution: Granting rights you do not hold to third parties, or relicensing or redistributing under terms more permissive than this license.
6. Automated collection: Bulk harvesting gallery images with crawlers, bots, or scripts for redistribution, datasets, merchandising, or other uses prohibited in Section 2.

These examples are not exhaustive. Any conduct that substantially undermines the purpose of this license—prohibiting sale, redistribution, and merchandising of the images themselves—is a violation regardless of form.

4. Attribution

Attribution must appear where a typical viewer can reasonably notice it within the content that uses the image.

5. AI-generated image notice

Some images were created using AI image engines such as GPT Image, Google Nano Banana, or Gemini, together with our own editing and processing. The operator generates and uploads images within paid subscriptions, paid credits, or other usage ranges formally available at the time of creation.

1. AI-generated images may include provider watermarks or Content Credentials such as SynthID under each service's policies. You must not remove or damage them.
2. When you use these images on video platforms, social media, or other services, you may need to disclose AI-generated content under each platform's policies and applicable law. You are responsible for such disclosure.
3. This license does not replace the terms of any AI image service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those services' terms and third-party rights.
4. Copyright protection for AI-generated images may vary by country, human creative contribution, and editing or arrangement. This license does not claim new exclusive rights beyond what copyright law may recognize; it clarifies use conditions and rights notices for images published on this site.

6. Commercial productization and exception requests

Prior separate permission is required if you want to sell the image itself, use it as the core material of a product, or use it in any way otherwise prohibited here. Exceptions apply only when the operator explicitly permits them in writing, including by email.

7. Rights, liability, and disclaimer

1. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the operator.
2. Images are provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, absence of defects, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
3. You are responsible for outcomes of your use and disputes with third parties.
4. Violation of this license terminates permission automatically. The operator may request cessation of use and take action under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Updates will be posted on this page. Content already in lawful use at the time of use remains governed by the terms in effect when that use began.

This license does not override the terms of any AI service or the rights of third parties.
